Social Justice Organization

Centennial Nonprofit Consulting, LLC helped Client with their strategic planning process, including writing the organization’s strategic plan. As a social justice organization, community involvement was critical to the process so we conducted a community survey and held a community focus group. A full-day retreat was held with all members of the organization where we identified priorities and began drafting goals and objectives. Centennial Nonprofit Development, LLC developed a three-year strategic plan and was then asked to help implement key pieces of the plan, including a review of the organization’s structure, recommendations to build capacity, and a salary audit to ensure the organization was meeting it’s pay equity goals. Centennial Nonprofit Consulting, LLC helped the organization focus and prioritize how to spend limited organizational resources.

Environmental Organization

After years of rapid growth, Client asked Centennial Nonprofit Consulting, LLC to make staffing and salary recommendations and create a three-year financial forecast, resulting in planned and sustained growth for the organization.

Aging Organization

After losing board members due to an Executive Director transition, Centennial Nonprofit Consulting, LLC helped Client with board development training. We also created a Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work plan for the organization that outlined board and staff roles, training recommendations, and long-term goals.

Environmental/Social Justice Organization

Client asked Centennial Nonprofit Consulting, LLC to conduct an organizational assessment after a merger and make recommendations on how the organization might move forward. After interviewing board and staff members, Centennial Nonprofit Consulting, LLC prepared a report that outlined findings and made multiple recommendations, outlining pros and cons to each option. Client has selected a recommendation and has asked us to facilitate the implementation of that option.
